OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Refining of the Core" targets one "Koa'ki Meiru" monster in your Graveyard.[1]
- The damage-inflicting effect of "Refining of the Core" activates when the "Koa'ki Meiru" monster is sent to the Graveyard (or removed from play, etc). If "Refining of the Core" is sent to the Graveyard, then its effect activates in the Graveyard, so "The End of Anubis" will negate it.[2]
- The damage-inflicting effect of "Refining of the Core" starts a Chain.[3]
