This card can be quite skilled when played in an X/XX-Saber Deck because almost all Saber monsters are Warriors.
You can use Reinforcement of the Army to add this card or any other Warrior monster to your hand for the maintenance cost of this card and/or other cards that require you to reveal a Warrior (ex.:Koa'ki Meiru Rooklord).
