OCG Rulings
- For "[[:]]", once per turn, you can activate one effect - either the "WIND", the "WATER", or the "DARK" effect.[1]
- Discarding one card is a cost to activate the effect of "[[:]]".[1]
- If you Synchro Summon "[[:]]", then you can activate one effect once per turn based on the Attribute(s) of the Synchro Material Monster(s) while they are on the field.[2]
- If "DNA Transplant" is active and treating a DARK monster as a WIND monster, then if that monster is used as a Synchro Material Monster for "[[:]]", then you can activate its "WIND:" effect, but you cannot activate its "DARK:" effect.[2]
- If a monster like "Elemental Mistress Doriado" which is treated as multiple Attributes is used as a Synchro Material Monster for "[[:]]", then when activating the effect of "[[:]]" you can choose to activate either the "WIND:" effect or the "DARK:" [sic] effect.[2]
- For the "DARK:" effect of "[[:]]", the effect which destroys the LIGHT monster and the effect which has you draw 1 card are considered to resolve simultaneously.[3]
- Example: If a LIGHT "[[:]]" is destroyed by the effect of "[[:]]", then after the effect of "[[:]]" resolves the effect of "[[:]]" may be activated, without missing the timing.[3]
