(I consider Grinder Golem a "torture" card because its original name in the OCG was [[Torch Golem]], short for "Torture Golem". Mask of Restrict, Nightmare Wheel, Cursed Armaments, Cursed Bill? that sot of thing???

Ummm... I don't know about effects, but I can suggst some cards that look like torture devices in appearance: Viser Des, Byser Shock, Brutal Potion, and Grinder Golem. (I consider Grinder Golem a "torture" card because its original name in the OCG was Torch Golem, short for "Torture Golem".
