:: Wasn't that the whole point of having "Unofficial Lore". I guess no one really cares about it. I don't mind if its exact wording is wrong, but the idea of its effect should be clear enough. Effect

How is its effect not clarifying enough?

"Draconnection exchanges one Dragon from your hand with one from your Deck, as long as they both have the same Level. If you’re playing with different Dragons that share the same Level, Draconnection lets you exchange what you have for what you need, when you need it. And best of all, it works in ANY Deck that uses Dragons." - Konami
