- This card can serve as the 2nd Overlay Unit for the monster Summoned with "Xyz Reborn".
- A great target for this card is an Xyz Monster which require 2 Overlay unit to use their effect, such as "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon"
- You can use this card to target "Evolzar" monsters, including "Evolzar Dolkka" to allow it to negate thrice, "Evolzar Solda" to destroy more Special Summons, and two of this card can be used with "Evolzar Laggia" to allow it to negate once more.
- This card can be used effectively with several popular Xyz Monsters, including:
- "Number 39: Utopia", keeping it from being Destroyed automatically and giving it a 3rd potential attack negation.
- "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon", allowing it to reach 3500 ATK.
- "Wind-Up Zenmaines" and "Maestroke the Symphony Djinn", giving them extra protection.
- "Gachi Gachi Gantetsu", increasing the ATK/DEF boosts and extra protection.
- "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction", as a stall to avoid taking damage and allowing it to attack.
- You can combo this card and "Xyz Reborn" to revive an Xyz Monster with 2 Xyz Materials.
- Alternatively, rather than attaching this card to your monsters, you can use this card on your opponent's monsters instead. It will lead to good use if you control Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon or Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, giving them 500 more ATK and an extra attack for Neo Galaxy-Eyes.
- You can give this card to Number C39: Utopia Ray so that it can gain 2000~3000 more ATK and your opponent's monsters lose more ATK. This includes detaching all of its Xyz Materials and depends on how many "Overlay Regen"s that are used.
- Use 2 copies of this card to target Number 91: Thunder Spark Dragon so that it can activate its second effect.
- Use multiple copies of this card on "Gachi Gachi Gantetsu" to further increase its ATK and DEF, as well as all the other monsters on the field you control.
- A similar idea would be to equip it to "Wind-Up Zenmaines" or "Maestroke the Symphony Djinn" to have them stay on the field longer, while gaining the ability to use their effects an additional time.
- Use multiple copies of this card on an Xyz Monster your opponent controls, then use "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and "Xyz Burst" for a possible OTK.
