This card's 2nd effect is useful in order to prevent a deck-out.
- It can also be used to return a monster from your Graveyard to your Deck, which can be added to your hand with "Charge of the Light Brigade" later.

Bear in mind that the 2nd effect of this card returns cards, not monsters. This can allow one to reuse cards such as "Lightsworn Barrier".

Since this is level 7, same as "Lightray Diabolos", "Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack" just got so much more viable.
