- You can easily Summon this card in a Burning Abyss deck. Normal Summon "Tour Guide From the Underworld" and use its effect to Special Summon "Rubic, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss". Activate "Tannhauser Gate", targeting them and making them Level 6, which will allow you to Summon this card.
- Use cards that Set themselves (such as the Scrap-Iron cards) and cards that Set other cards (such as "Dust Tornado") to get good use out of this card's effect.
