You can use cards like "Level Lifter", "Resonance Device" and "Tannhauser Gate" to enable you to summon this card.

You can Special Summon this card in a "Hieratic" Deck by Tributing a Level 5 or 6 "Hieratic" monster to Normal Summon a Level 6 monster or "Hieratic Dragon of Eset", or Special Summon "Hieratic Dragon of Su". Then, use the effect of the Tributed monster to Special Summon "Labradorite Dragon". If you Special Summon "Eset", use its effect to match its Level with that of "Labradorite Dragon".

You can easily Summon this card with "Tour Guide From the Underworld". Use its effect to Special Summon "Creation Resonator", "Flare Resonator", or "Rubic, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss". Activate "Tannhauser Gate", targeting them and making them Level 6, which will allow you to Special Summon this card.
The Ritual Monster, "Radiant Divine Bird Vene", has the ability to change the level of a monster, by revealing one in your hand. By using this monster's effects on a tuner monster already on the field, you can then summon the level 5 or higher monster you revealed, and two would work for the Synchro Summoning of "Ultimaya Tzolkin".

This card is a great addition to an "Agent-Artifact" deck. It can be easily summoned by using "The Agent of Death - Uranus" as the Tuner and any non-Xyz "Artifact" monsters. Also, because "Artifact" decks set cards in Spell and Trap Card Zone very often, its summoning effect can be triggered very easily.

You can easily Special Summon this card by using "Quickdraw Synchron" alongside other easily-summoned Level 5 monsters (such as "Cyber Dragon", "Apocatequil" or "The Tricky") due to its easy-to-use Special Summon effect. Also, since this card isn't formally Synchro Summoned, you can disregard the Condition effects of "Quickdraw" (or any other monster, for that matter).

You can summon this card using two copies of "Apocatequil" and 1 "Lightwave Tuning." Without a Tuner on the field, "Apocatequil" is Level 4 and a viable target for "Lightwave Tuning". However, once one "Apocatequil" is a Tuner it will trigger the effects of both making them Level 5 and giving you the necessary materials for "Ultimaya."

You can summon this card in a "T.G." deck by Special Summoning T.G. Striker and chain with T.G. Warwolf. Then, Normal Summon T.G. Catapult Dragon and use it's effect to summon T.G. Jet Falcon. Next, Synchro Summon T.G. Hyper Librarian and then T.G. Wonder Magician. Then, you will get not only a requirements to summon Ultimaya Tzolkin, but use a Jet Falcon's burn effect, Hyper Librarian's draw eff, and Wonder Magician's Spell/Trap destroying eff.

Even though you cannot use "Gagaga Magician" as a Synchro Material, you can still use it to Special Summon this card, as its Special Summon is not a proper Synchro Summon. Use any Level 5-8 Tuner and then use "Gagaga Magician's" effect to change its Level to the appropriate Level to Special Summon this card.

A easy summon of this card can be achieved by summoning a "Quickdraw Synchron" and then activating "Abyss Stungray" allowing for a level 5 tuner and non-tuner of corresponding level to be on the field at the same time.

You can Special Summon this card in an "Infernoid" Deck by Summoning "Infernoid Decatron" and then using its effect to send a Level 4-7 "Infernoid" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. Next, Special Summon an "Infernoid" monster whose Level matches the new Level of "Decatron". The "Infernoid" archetype's dependence on "Void" Spell and Trap Cards can help in triggering the effect of this card.

You can use "Galaxy Queen's Light" to make the Tuner and the non-Tuner become the same Level.

You can summon this card with "Glow-Up Bulb" and "Reborn Tengu" into one level 5 Synchro Tuner and one Level 5 Synchro Monster, and then using those two to bring "Ultimaya Tzolkin" out.

You can summon this card using "Maiden with Eyes of Blue". Target her with the effect of "Dragard" or "Level Lifter" (discarding "Blue Eyes White Dragon"). Maiden will then become level 8, and will summon a "Blue Eyes White Dragon", giving you a tuner and non tuner of the same level.

Use cards that Set themselves (such as the "Scrap-Iron" cards) and cards that Set other cards (such as "Dust Tornado") to use this card's effect during your opponent's turn. Note that this card will miss the timing if a card is set during Chain Link 2 or higher.

You can activate this card's effect during your opponent's turn with "Dust Tornado", as long as you have a card to Set in your hand.
