- Gadget Hauler: If "Gadget Hauler's" effect is activated while "Banisher of the Radiance" is face-up on the field, the "Morphtronic" monsters are removed from play instead of being sent to the Graveyard, and “Gadget Hauler’s” ATK does not increase.
- Herald of Green Light / Herald of Orange Light / Herald of Purple Light: If "Banisher of the Radiance" or "Macro Cosmos" is face-up on the field, you cannot activate [the "Herald"'s] effect because you cannot send it and another Fairy-Type monster to the Graveyard for the cost.

The activation costs of the effects of "Jowgen the Spiritualist", "Abyss Soldier" and "Return of the Doomed" require you to discard a card to the Graveyard, which is impossible, so you cannot activate their effects. However, the activation costs of effects like "Magic Jammer" only require you to discard a card, so you can activate their effects since the card does not need to be discarded to the Graveyard.[2]
