- Graverobber can take any card from the opponent's Graveyard and activate its effect immediately, and the player did not lose 2000 Life Points as if it was a Spell Card. It was once activated from the hand, even though it was a Trap Card.
- Joey Wheeler used this in his Duel against Odion Ishtar, in this episode he was able to use "Foolish Burial" to put "Jinzo" in Odion's Graveyard and revive it with "Graverobber".
- Joey used Graverobber in various duels, such as the one against Bandit Keith to steal his Time Machine and in Battle Royal to steal Marik's Spell of Pain, as well as his duel with Weevil Underwood to steal his Eradicating Aerosol.
- This card can be seen when Duke Devlin is building his Virtual World deck during episode 106, though he does not select it.
