Book of Life is obviously useful if you use a Zombie Deck. The fact that it can re-Special Summon Zombie mosters from your Graveyard without a cost and at the same time, remove from play a monster in your opponents Graveyard, makes it a very helpful card. Book of Life is useful when used to Special Summon cards from your Graveyard such as: Despair from the Dark, Vampire Lord, Spirit Reaper and Ryu Kokki.king of the skull servants All of these cards can be obtained from Structure Deck 2: Zombie Madness.
