* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! GX - Episode 071|episode 71]], [[Lorenzo]] uses this card during his duel against [[Jaden Yuki]]. He Special Summons this card via "[[Boss Rush]]". "[[Cyber Summon Blaster]]" then inflicts 300 damage to Jaden. Lorenzo then activates "[[Shield Recovery]]" to place three counters on this card. Lorenzo then removes a counter from this card to activate its effect, destroying "[[Skyscraper]]". Lorenzo then uses this card to attack and destroy "[[Elemental HERO Burstinatrix]]". At the end of the Damage Step, Lorenzo removes one counter from this card. Jaden then activates "[[Hero Signal]]" to Special Summon "[[Elemental HERO Bubbleman]]". Later "[[Elemental HERO Sparkman]]" (who was equipped with "[[Element Sword]]") attacks this card. Due to the effect of "Element Sword", "Sparkman" gains 800 ATK during damage calculation only. Due to this card's effect, it is not destroyed, but Lorenzo still takes Battle Damage. At the end of the Damage Step, Lorenzo removes one counter from this card. "[[Elemental HERO Bubbleman]]" then attacks this card. This card then destroys "Bubbleman". Since this card battled a monster while it had no Counters, it is destroyed at the end of the Damage Step.

It is later revealed the reason why was because the cards were infected by darkness, can be seen in a briefcase that [[Chazz Princeton]] and [[Alexis Rhodes]] put in a locked room.
