"Launcher Spider":

In episode 1 of the second series anime, this card is shown in Kaiba's briefcase when he offers a bunch of rare cards to Solomon Muto in exchange for his "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

In episode 31, Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Bandit Keith. After this card is summoned, Keith uses this card to attack and destroy Joey's Gilita the Dark Knight. Later this card attacks Joey's Garoozis, but Joey activates Kunai with Chain to negate the attack, equip "Kunai with Chain" onto "Garoozis", and increase the ATK of "Garoozis" by 500. "Garoozis" then attacks and destroys this card.

In episode 32, this card appears in a flashback that Maximillion Pegasus sees in Keith's mind. After Keith passes out in a bar, he drops his cards. This card can be seen among the dropped cards. Keith is later shown using this card in a gamble Duel against someone else in the bar.

In episode 106, this card was shown in Tristan Taylor's hand during his Duel with Serenity Wheeler and Duke Devlin against Nezbitt.

This card is shown alongside a few others in the explanation of how Duel Monster Spirits work in the manga.^[1]
