Yu-Gi-Oh!
- In the anime and manga, this card could summon Dark Magician Girl as well, and would let the opponent do the same.
- This card was used by Arkana in his duel with Yugi during the Battle City arc to summon his second Dark Magician. Yami, however, was able to do the same with his Dark Magician Girl (which would be impossible in real world, as only the user can get his/her card and only Dark Magician at that). He used it to destroy Arkana's Dark Magician, and then wipe out the rest of Arkana's Life Points
- When Dark Magic Curtain was first activated, both players could use it and Special Summon any Spellcaster-Type monster from their Deck at cost of half of their Life Points.
- Yami used this card in his second duel with Rafael and in the Anime's final against Yugi Muto.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- This card appears in the Japanese closing song, Borderline Battle.
Video games
- Kuroe uses this in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator.
