After he draws this card via Shining Draw, Yuma uses this card to Rank-Down "Number 39: Utopia" via Rank-Down Xyz De-Evolution in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia Roots". Eliphas then activates the final effect of "New Order 13: Etheric Amon" to attach twelve cards from the top of Yuma's Deck to "Etheric Amon" as Overlay Units (as the number of cards removed from Yuma's Deck was equal to the difference in Ranks between "Utopia Roots" and "Etheric Amon").
