- "Cyber Saurus" is one of two Machine-type Monsters based on a Dinosaur, the other being "Cyber Dinosaur".
- The irony of this card in the English version of the game was that this card, released in June 2002, required Two-Headed King Rex, which was not released until the following October in Tournament Pack 2nd Season.
