This monster is a Triple Contact Fusion form of "Elemental HERO Neos", fused with "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" and "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin".
- This card's "Neo-Spacian" Fusion Materials are a reference to the elements that make up a storm: intense winds (WIND - "Air Hummingbird") and rain (WATER - "Aqua Dolphin").
- This card's name, WIND Attribute, and effect to destroy all Spell/Trap Cards on the field are a reference to how storm-themed cards (such as "Heavy Storm" and "Mystical Space Typhoon") focus on countering Spell/Trap Cards on the field.
- This card is the only Triple Contact Fusion "Neos" monster to not have similar effects to its "Neo-Spacian" Fusion Materials or their respective "Neos" Contact Fusion monsters ("Elemental HERO Air Neos" and "Elemental HERO Aqua Neos").

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX anime, Jaden Yuki called this card the strongest of the "Neos" Fusion Monsters, when he Summoned it.

This monster's claws are similar to those of the Marvel Comics superhero Wolverine.
