OCG Rulings
- The effect is an Ignition Effect, so you can only activate it during your Main Phase.[1]
- The effect targets 1 Undead-Type monster in your Graveyard.[1]
- When "Mezuki" targets a monster under the effect of "Zombie World", and "Zombie World" is destroyed before the effect resolves, then no monster is Special Summoned.[3]
