The Arcadia Movement is an organization of psychic duelists. However they are opposing to the Yliaster in respect of resurrecting the Crimson Dragon.

Little is known about the group. Divine appears to be an authoritative member of the organization. They depend on Aki Izayoi's success in the Fortune Cup just in order to let the world know of their ideals, even if that means revealing themsleves to the rest of the people. Jeager has described them as "a utopia for psychic duelists and fragile monsters that have been organizing actions and rallies in secret".
