Can I activate Horn of heaven in response to the summoning of Jinzo and have him destroyed?

To be a matter of fact yes you can. Horn of heaven states that you can tribute 1 monster to NEGATE the summoning of any kind. so yea you can. just like solemn judgment.--kirogashi 11:07, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- At the time when you activate "Horn of Heaven"/"Solemn Judgment"/etc to negate the Summon, "Jinzo" is not considered to be face-up on the field yet, so its Continuous Effect is not applied.
