- This card can be seen during episode 104 when Joey is choosing his Virtual World deck before his duel with Johnson, though he does not select it.
- Magical Arm Shield was referred to as "Magic Arm Shield", and inflicted damage to the opponent's Life Points if the selected monster was in Attack Position and destroyed in that battle. The real card would inflict damage to the person who activated the Trap Card since the monster would be on his/her side of the field, even if he/she was not the owner of the card.
