• In episode 156, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Rafael. He Special Summons this card by removing the five Kuriboh brothers from play. This card's then became 1500 due to its effect. Yami then activates "Pump Up" to double this card's ATK for this turn only. This card then attacks "Guardian Grarl", but Rafael activates the effect of "Rescuer from the Grave" from his Graveyard, banishing "Rescuer from the Grave" and four unknown cards to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. Yami then removes this card from play to summon the Kuriboh brothers back to the field. In the next episode, Yami removes the Kurbioh brothers from play to summon this card. He then tributes this card to summon "Dark Magician Girl". In the following episode, Yami Yugi activates "Hand Control" to force Rafael to activate "Necromancy" which allows Yami Yugi to Special Summon this card, "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts", "Berfomet", and "Big Shield Gardna" from the Graveyard. Yami then removes this card from play to summon the Kuriboh brothers back to the field. The brothers then gained 500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos". Yami Yugi then removes the brothers from play to summon this card. This card's ATK then became 4000 due to its own effect. This card then gained 500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos". This card then attacks and destroys "Guardian Grarl". This causes Rafael's "Purity of the Cemetery" to be destroyed since a monster was now in his Graveyard. Later Rafael activates "Nightmare Binding" to decrease this card's ATK by 800 and prevent it from attacking or being Tributed. "Nightmare Binding" then increase Rafael's Life Points by 800. Later "Guardian Eatos" (whose ATK was 10,000 due to it absorbing the ATK of "Dark Magician", "Dark Magician Girl", "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts", "Berfomet" and "Big Shield Gardna") attacks and destroys this card, defeating Yami Yugi.

• In episode 160, this card is seen in a flashback Yami Yugi has when he saw that his own monsters were angry at him for his selfish actions and when he lost his Duel with Rafael.

• In episode 174, this card appears in a flashback Rafael has when he remembers defeating Yami Yugi back at the desert, but taking Yugi's soul instead of Yami Yugi's due to the former pushing the latter out of the way at the last second.

• This card was summoned again in Yami Yugi's rematch duel with Rafael. Yami first used "Kuribu"'s effect to reduce "Guardian Grarl"'s ATK by 1500 until the End Phase. Yami then removes the five "Kuriboh" brothers from play to summon this card. He then plays "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy "Gravity Axe - Grarl". Yami then had this card attack "Grarl", but Rafael sent "Guardian Shield" to the Graveyard to prevent "Grarl" from being destroyed but still taking Battle Damage. Once Yami ended his turn, "Grarl"'s ATK returned back to 2500. Rafael then played "The Seal of Orichalcos" which increased all of his monsters' ATK by 500. This card was then destroyed by "Guardian Grarl", but Yami Yugi plays "Rope of Life", discarding his entire hand to summon back this card and increasing its ATK by 800. Yami then removes this card from play to summon back the "Kuriboh" brothers.

• In episode 220, this card is shown when Yugi is shown building his Deck for the Ceremonial Battle.
