- This card can be searched via "Tempest the Storm Incarnate" and "Tidal the Waterfall Incarnate".
- Use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to force your opponent into Special Summoning, allowing you to summon this card.
- Similar to "Machina Fortress", this card can discard itself as part of the cost to Special Summon itself from your Hand.
- When "A Legendary Ocean" is in play, this monster doesn't require a Tribute to be Summoned.
- You can use this card for multiple Synchro Summons since this card's Level and ability to revive itself make it quite useful for such a play.
- Use "The Shallow Grave" to force your opponent to Special Summon a monster, allowing you to summon this card.
- You can use this card in a "Fabled" Deck. It can even be used in place of "Fabled Soulkius", as it sends 2 cards to the Graveyard, while this card discards only 1 card.
- This card works extremely well in an "Atlantean" Deck, as discarding any of them for this monster's cost activates their effects.
- This card also has good synergy with "Mermail" Decks.
