The Minimum Deck Amount refers to the minimum amount of cards that can be used in your Deck. In both the TCG/OCG, as well as the anime, this number is forty, how ever, the minimum is 30. Though no upward limit was initially given, eventually 60 was made the maximum amount of cards that a Deck may have.
