- Like "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness", the fact that this monster is a Sea Serpent is unusual. Whales don't have any snake-like characteristics and are, in fact, mammals.
- This is one of the only three non-WATER Sea Serpent-Type monsters in OCG/TCG. The others are "Kaiser Sea Horse", "Sky Oni-Eating Ray", and "Spearfish Soldier".
- There is also another non-WATER anime-only Sea Serpent-Type monster, "Nordic Wicked Dragon Jörmungandr".
- This monster's appearance is similar to "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua".
