does dust tornado, chain to royal decree when activated? after that chain, can any trap card be also chained like ceasefire etc..? why cant you chain normal trap cards to jinzo when it's successfully summoned?
im not sure but i think you can chain dust tornado when royal decree was activated since they are both in spell speed 1 but other normal trap cards can`t be activated unless it destroy your royal decree -- james91190
