"Magician's Circle":

Since many non-Spellcaster decks run "Magician of Faith" for her effect, you can use this card to draw her out and negate her Flip Effect as well as leave the opponent vulnerable.
This card is best suited for summoning Magical Marionette or Dark Magician Girl. While the latter would seem like the least best choice, she can allow you to Special Summon Dark Magician during the Main Phase 2 using Sage's Stone.
