- This card can be searched by "Dark Sage", "Ancient Gear Drill", "Alchemic Magician", "Angmarl the Fiendish Monarch", "Left Arm Offering", "Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu", "Hidden Armory", "Power Tool Dragon", "Vylon Cube", "Vylon Delta", "Vylon Sigma" and "Fairy Tail - Cinderella".
- Combo this card with "Tragedy" to destroy your opponent's monsters.
- This card is useful when equipped to Spirit Monsters, "Honest" or "Kuribon" with "Bad Reaction to Simochi".
- This card is also useful in "Morphtronic" decks that focus on "Morph Counters" and deal damage to opponent's Life Points.
- This card is also helpful in combination with "Morphtronic Videon", since its ATK or DEF will rise depending on it's battle position. This strategy is mainly used to Attack and then switch to Defense Position with this card's effect.
- This card works well with "Power Tool Dragon". If you equip this card and use "Power Tool Dragon's" effect to add another Equip Spell Card to your hand, you can protect "Power Tool Dragon" from destruction up to twice.
- Equip this card on "Dream Clown" for it to destroy a monster once per turn.
- You can also use this card on your opponent's face-up monsters, in order to activate the effects of monsters who get effects from attacking face-up Defense Position monsters. This includes "Twin-Sword Marauder", "Drillroid", "Ehren, Lightsworn Monk" or "Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke".
- This card works with "Shield Crush" and equipping it to your opponent's face-up monsters when you control Piercing monsters like "Evil Hero Malicious Edge".
- This card goes well with "Guardian Eatos".
- Equip this card to "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua" to prevent your opponent from attacking after your attack.
- This card is useful for "Infernity" decks, as it can guarantee you receive a Spell card during your Draw Phase, allowing you to set it or equip it to "Infernity Guardian" so it can attack, then move to defense once per turn.
- Because most monsters have a higher ATK than DEF, you can equip this card to an opponent's monster to force into defense position so a weaker monster can destroy it.
- "Vylon Delta" can works well with this card after it attack and changes battle position during Main Phase 2 and trigger it's effect during End Phase.
- This card can be used to feed "Scrap Dragon", "Scrap Twin Dragon" and "Atomic Scrap Dragon".
- This card is somewhat useful in a Spell Counter Deck as it's redraw effect is the same as Magical Blast, allowing you to play Magical Blast properly and use this for the discard cost of Summoner Monk, Endymion, the Master Magician or Cybernetic Magician instead.
