In later episodes, his Deck becomes more focused on removing his monsters from play and returning them to the field to overwhelm his opponents.

In the movie, Kaiba's Deck works by removing monsters like the XYZ monsters from play to Special Summon them back to the field. After winning, he bases his Deck around "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon".

Although Seto Kaiba was not shown dueling in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, a Monster Spirit named Kaibaman—who was rumored to have been created in honor of Seto—has been shown to possess an exact copy of Kaiba's Blue-Eyes White Dragon Deck.
