The header explains it all, will Rainbow Veil ignore the effect of attacking flip effect monsters such as Swarm of Scarabs, Penguin Soldier, or any other one for that matter?
every monster will have its effect negated while on the field. Doesn't matter if flip or anything else. Flip effects usually take place bevore the monster is destroyed ;) 95.91.44.74 13:18, September 24, 2009 (UTC)
