He uses this card to draw two cards since the total ATK of all Attack Mode monsters he controls is lower than the ATK of Kalin's "Hundred Eyes Dragon". Due to this card's last effect, Yusei is forbidden from summoning any monsters and changing Battle Positions this turn.
