- This card can be searched by "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Transmodify", "Soul Rope", "Resonator Engine", "Vampire Dragon", "Summoner Monk", "Dragunity Corsesca", "Mystic Tomato", "Arnis, the Empowered Warrior", "Dragodies, the Empowered Warrior", "Dark General Freed", "Creeping Darkness", "Chaos Zone", "Magician's Circle", "The Grand Spellbook Tower", "Spellbook Star Hall", "Dark Renewal", "Lemon Magician Girl", "Ebon High Magician" and "Magician's Navigate".
- This card and "Divine Dragon Apocralyph" complement each other. "Lady of D." protects all other Dragons including "Apocralyph" from attacks, while "Apocralyph" can add Dragons from the Graveyard to the hand, allowing them to be re-used as a cost to send to the Graveyard again in order to protect the "Lady of D." from attacks as well.
- This combo is good for a short 3-turn stall for 3 Normal Summons in the following order: "Lady of D.", "Apocralyph" and "Golem Dragon". Then use the first 2 for Xyz Summoning "Queen Dragun Djinn" for a battle lock that doesn't affect hand advantage.
- Send "The White Stone of Legend" to the Graveyard for this card's effect in order to add "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" to send later.
- Having this card out with "Lord of D." makes Dragon monsters nearly invincible as they cannot be attacked or targeted by spells, traps and card effects.
- Protect this card with "Safe Zone". If somehow "Safe Zone" leaves the field, you can use this card's effect to prevent her destruction due to "Safe Zone".
- Use "DNA Surgery" or "D. Tribe" to make this card into Dragon-Type, allowing it to be protected by its own effect.
- "Dark Factory of Mass Production" can be used to retrieve Normal Dragon-Types used for this card's effect.
- Use this to discard things like "Lightpulsar Dragon", "Eclipse Wyvern" or "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" to help get your chaos dragon loop going.
Traditional Format
- This card can be searched by "Spellbook of Judgment", "Sangan", "Last Will" and "Witch of the Black Forest".
