"Dragon Shrine":

Send "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" from the Deck to the Graveyard. Then, send "Red-Eyes Wyvern" from the Deck to the Graveyard.

Send "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", then The White Stone of Legend" to add 1 more "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" to your hand. That way, you will thinnen your Deck by 3 cards.

This card can be used in Chaos Dragon Decks. Use this card's effect to mill a Normal Light or Dark Dragon, and then use it's secondary effect to mill a dragon of the opposite attribute, setting up for Chaos Plays.
