"Thousand-Eyes Idol":

In episode 39, Maximillion Pegasus uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He uses "Polymerization" to fuse this monster with "Relinquished" and Fusion Summon "Thousand-Eyes Restrict".
- This card can also be seen in the scattered remains of Pegasus's deck after Pegasus loses to Yugi.

In episode 49, this card appears within a series of flashbacks that Yami Yugi had when Joey Wheeler reminded him that he is fighting for all the Duelists that had fought him with all they had.

In episode 14, Jinzo uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He adds this card from his deck to his hand via the effect of "Emissary of the Afterlife". This card remained in Jinzo's hand until the Duel was over. Also, it remains unknown what role it was supposed to fulfill in his deck since Jinzo was relying on the "Ectoplasmer" Spell Card and himself.
