"Power Bind":

In episode 12, Tetsu Trudge uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Yusei Fudo. When Yusei Normal Summons "Speed Warrior", Trudge activates this card to make make the ATK of "Speed Warrior" 0 until Yusei's next Standby Phase and forbid "Speed Warrior" from attacking this turn. On Yusei's next Standby Phase, this card's effect expires.
