This card's Japanese name is "D.HERO - Bloo-D", while it's TCG-Name is "Destiny Hero - Plasma". This name change had partial basis in fact; Blood is a suspension, of which, Plasma is a substantial constituent.

In the English version of Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007 this is called by its original name Destiny Hero Bloo-D.

This card's Arabic name (بطل المصير : پلازما) translates to Destiny Hero : "Plasma".
