Lazar gave this card to Kreiger in episode 20 to use against Yusei Fudo. He said if Kreiger is able to master it, he has a chance of beating Yusei.
When Bommer dueled Yusei, "Chariot Pile" caused spikes to stick out of the axels on his Duel Runner. After the duel the spikes remained attached. In an attempt to kill Rex Godwin Kreiger tried to ram into Godwin's box room, with hs Duel Runner, but Yusei intercepted on his own Duel Runner causing Kreiger to get knocked off course and the spikes to break off one of his axels. This caused the spinning spike to smash through the window into the box room. Godwin caught it in one hand, while the spinning spike tore up hs glove, revealing he has a mechanical hand.
