- In episode 123, Yami Marik uses this card during the four-way Battle Royal between himself, Yami Yugi, Joey Wheeler, and Seto Kaiba. He summons this card in Attack Position. Later Yugi attacks Kaiba directly with "Archfiend of Gilfer", but Kaiba activates "Attack Guidance Armor" to redirect the attack to this card. Yami Marik then activates "Mirror Force" to destroy all Attack Position monsters Yugi controls, but Yugi activates "Seven Tools of the Bandit" to negate Yami Marik's "Mirror Force" and destroy it. The attack continues, destroying this card.
- When this card was seen on Marik's Duel Disk, Lord Poison was a DARK Normal Monster with a different artwork.
