- This card can be useful in a "Superheavy Samurai" Deck, since their Synchro Monsters can attack while in Defense Position and not always rely on their activated effects.
- On one hand, this card can be useful on Link-oriented Decks, as they will be completely immune to its second effect. On the other hand, it is useless against Link-oriented Decks.
- The mere presence of this face-up Defense Position monster makes it easy to deal monsters that otherwise would negate any effect that would remove them from the field. Examples include "Cyber Dragon Infinity", "Shooting Quasar Dragon", "Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon", etc. It can also be used to change to Defense Position powerful monsters with low DEF, specially "Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon".
