Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's

  • In episode 3, Yusei used this card in his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He then Special Summons "Turbo Booster" via its own effect. As soon as Yusei enters his Battle Phase, he uses this card's effect to double its ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. Yusei then uses this card to attack "Gate Blocker". The attack fails, but Yusei then used "Turbo Booster's" effect to destroy "Gate Blocker". Trudge then used "Broken Blocker" to summon two more copies of "Gate Blocker" to the field. Trudge then destroys this card with "Gonogo". Yusei then summoned out "Junk Synchron" to the field. He then used "Graceful Revival" to revive this card. Yusei then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon" "Junk Warrior".
  • In episode 4, Yusei used this card in his Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. Summoning this card increased the ATK of "Junk Warrior" by 900 due to its effect. As soon as Yusei enters his Battle Phase, he uses this card's effect to double its ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. This card then destroys "Twin-Shield Defender". This activates the latter's effect, halving the ATK of "Junk Warrior" until the End Phase. "Junk Warrior" then attacks Jack directly. This card's ATK returned to normal at the end of the Battle Phase while "Junk Warrior" regained the ATK it lost due to "Twin-Shield Defender's" effect on the End Phase. Jack then destroys this card with "Multiple Piece Golem". Yusei however activates "Defense Draw" to make all the Battle Damage he would take to 0 and draw one card.
  • In episode 12, Yusei used this card in his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. Right after he summons this card, Trudge plays "Power Bind" to make this card's ATK 0 until Yusei's next Standby Phase to insure that Yusei can't use this card's effect to turn the Duel around. Yusei then plays "Speed Spell - Reactor Pod" and targets this card for the effect of "Reactor Pod". The latter then inflicts damage to Trudge equal to the original ATK of this card. "Search Striker" then attacks this card, but Yusei uses "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" to negate the attack. Trudge then activated "Terminal Countdown" and made it clear to Yusei that he was going to use that card to finish Yusei off. He then sets one card face-down before ending his turn and he had the intention of using "Terminal Countdown" to send three Spell/Trap cards to the Graveyard and win the Duel. On Yusei's Standby Phase, this card's ATK returns to normal. Yusei then switches this card to Defense Position. He then summons "Healing Wave Generator" to the field. He then targets this card for the effect of "Healing Wave Generator". Since this card is Level 2, "Healing Wave Generator" gave Yusei 200 Life Points(100 for each Level Star this card had). Yusei did this to insure Trudge can't use "Terminal Countdown" to wipe out his remaining Life Points on the following turn(this would also mean Trudge would need four Spell/Traps for "Terminal Countdown" to defeat Yusei). On the final turn of the Duel, Yusei summons "Turbo Synchron". The latter then attacks "Healing Wave Generator"(who Trudge snatched from Yusei via the effect of "Goyo Guardian"). The attack fails, but Yusei uses the effect of "Turbo Synchron" to summon "Sonic Chick". Yusei then uses "Urgent Tuning" to allow himself to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster during the Battle Phase. Yusei then tunes "Sonic Chick", "Quillbolt Hedgehog", and this card with "Turbo Synchron" to Synchro Summon "Turbo Warrior".
  • In episode 13, Yusei used this card in his Ground Duel against Leo. As soon as Yusei enters his Battle Phase, he uses this card's effect to double its ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. This card then attacks Leo's "Morphtronic Magnen", but Leo activates "Morphtransition", negating the attack and switching "Magnen" into Defense Position, making it the only viable attack target for Yusei. This card's ATK returns to normal at the end of the Battle Phase. Leo then summons another "Magnen" in Defense Position, forming an attack lock. Yusei later breaks Leo's attack lock by using "Card Rotator". Yusei then summons "Junk Synchron" to the field and then uses its effect to summon "Nitro Synchron" to the field with its effects negated. Yusei then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior". Also, in the English version, this card was featured in Yusei's flashback on low-level monsters.
  • In episode 17, Yusei used this card in his Turbo Duel against Hunter Pace. As soon as Yusei enters his Battle Phase, he uses this card's effect to double its ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. This card then attacks "Burning Skull Head". But Hunter activates "Zero Guard" to reduce the ATK of "Burning Skull Head" to 0 and prevent it from being destroyed by battle. The attack continues, but "Burning Skull Head" is not destroyed by the attack, but Hunter still takes Battle Damage. Hunter then activates "Doom Accelerator to prevent himself from losing any Speed Counters and increase his Speed Counters by 1 for every 500 damage he took. Since he took about 1500 damage, he gains 3 Speed Counters. This card's ATK returned to normal at the end of the Battle Phase. Hunter later destroys this card with "Skull Flame". Later Yusei summons "Junk Synchron" and then he uses the latter monster's effect to revive this card with its effects negated. Yusei then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon" "Junk Warrior".
  • In episode 20, Yusei used this card in his Turbo Duel against Greiger. Right after Yusei summons this card, Greiger activates "Hidden Soldiers" to Special Summon "Trap Reactor・Y FI". Yusei then attacked "Spell Reactor・RE" with this card, but Greiger activates "Fake Explosion" to prevent "Spell Reactor・RE" from being destroyed by battle this turn, however he still takes Battle Damage from the attack. Greiger then used the second effect of "Fake Explosion" to allow himself to Special Summon "Summon Reactor・SK". Greiger then used "Delta Reactor" to send his three Reactors from the Field to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE". This card's ATK returned to normal at the end of the Battle Phase. In the next episode, Greiger attacks and destroys this card with "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE". On Greiger's next turn, he attacks Yusei directly with "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE", but Yusei activates "Wild Tornado" to destroy his set "Limiter Overload". This activates its effect, allowing Yusei to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. A replay occurs and Greiger has his "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" attack and destroy this card. Later in the Duel, Yusei Summons "Junk Synchron" to the field. He then uses the latter's effect to revive this card with its effects negated. Yusei then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior". Later, Greiger attacked Yusei directly with "Dark Strike Fighter", but Yusei activates "Synchro Spirits" to banish "Junk Warrior" and Special Summon this card and "Junk Synchron" from the Graveyard. A replay occurs and Greiger has "Dark Strike Fighter" attack "Junk Synchron", but Yusei banishes "Shield Warrior" to prevent his monsters from being destroyed by battle this turn, so the attack fails. Greiger then activates the first effect of "Chariot Pile", inflicting 800 damage to Yusei, but Yusei Tributes this card to negate the effect.

This card's ATK returned to normal at the end of the Battle Phase. On Yusei's next turn, he Tributes this card to Special Summon "Turret Warrior". The latter then gains ATK equal to this card's ATK due to its effect. In the next episode, Yusei summoned "Junk Synchron" and then he used its effect to Special Summon this card to the field with its effects negated. Yusei then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior". Later in the Duel, Yusei returns "Junk Synchron" to his hand via "Spirit Force". After Yusei summons "Junk Synchron" back to the field, he uses its effect to Special Summon this card back with its effects negated. Akiza later attacked and destroyed this card with "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis". After damage calculation "Amaryllis" destroyed itself due to its own effect. This activates its other effect, inflicting 800 damage to Yusei.

This card is also shown in a flashback explained by Jack. There, Yusei is shown using this card in his Ground Duel against a member of the Magician's Four. He summons it on the first turn of the Duel, but what happens next is unknown as it soon skips ahead to the final turn of the Duel. After holding the member down, Yusei Normal Summons this card and uses it to attack the Team Insect member directly, winning Yusei the Duel. Yusei, in the real world, would later use this card in his Turbo Duel against Kalin. He Special Summons this card from his Deck via the effect of "Limiter Overload". Kalin later attacks this card with "Hundred Eyes Dragon", but Yusei uses the effect of "Ghost Gardna" to redirect the attack to it instead. Kalin then uses the effect of "Hundred Eyes Dragon" to have it copy the effect of "Infernity Dwarf". "Hundred Eyes Dragon" then destroys "Ghost Gardna". "Hundred Eyes Dragon" then inflicts Piercing Damage to Yusei since it attacked a Defense Position monster. In the next episode, Yusei summons "Junk Synchron" to the field. He then tunes this card with "Junk Synchron" to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior".
  • In episode 56, Yusei uses this card in his Ground Duel against Roman. As soon as Yusei enters his Battle Phase, this card's ATK is doubled until the end of the Battle Phase due to its effect. A replay then occurs and Sherry has "Noble Knight Joan" attack and destroy "Junk Synchron". Yusei then activates "Speed Spell - High Speed Crash" to destroy this card and his set card which surprised Sherry(she initially thought Yusei was going to use "High Speed Crash" to destroy his set card and "Noble Knigh Joan", which if done would have allow Sherry to add a Speed Spell Card from her Graveyard to her hand which would have allowed her to use "Speed World 2" to remove four Speed Counters and inflict 800 damage to Yusei for every Speed Spell in her hand which would defeat Yusei). Yusei then activates his set "Starlight Road" in response to the activation of "High Speed Crash".
