The Minimum Deck Amount refers to the minimum amount of cards that can be used in your Deck. In both the TCG/OCG, as well as the anime, this number is forty. Though no upward limit was initially given, eventually sixty was made the maximum amount of cards that a Deck may have. in some video games,that limit is increased to eighty cards
