Well, I won't be seen on the wikia for a week (Florida!) so I'm showing you one last deck before I go. It's centered around one semi-impractical monster - Skull Guardian. Why? Because I love its artwork - and because there's some surprising Ritual support coming out in Stardust Overdrive, so if I'm making the deck there's never a better time!

This deck is about summoning and protecting my monster, Skull Guardian. Along with Enraged Muka Muka, it's my soul card, and this deck reflects that. (Yes, it might sound corny, but it's true; ask Messengerofthedark.) As bizarre as it might sound, Ritual monsters have gotten some seriously powerful support.

For starters, there's 3 Guardians, and the obligatory Manjus. Rai-Jin is another awesome card and a temporary boost to Skull Guardian. So is Honest – I can't have a deck based around a single LIGHT monster and not use Honest! And there's some Lightsworns too; Ryko for removal, Lyla for S/T removal and beatstick power; and Jain for being a beatstick. All of them fuel Rai-Mei, which powers up Skull Guardian. Black Shining G is a bit of tech. Meanwhile, Norsewemko is another great Ritual monster and I figured since I was already putting her spell in there...

Well, I'll get to that. Next; Light Laser. Because Skull Guardian is a LIGHT Warrior, it's a no-brainer, and can also be attached to Jain. It's the ultimate problem solver that can't be stopped by something that isn't Imperial Iron Wall. Monster Reincarnation returns Honests and Skull Guardians that have been milled to my hand. Next; Ritual of Salvation! It's the primary reason for the Lightworns, because if it's in the grave, I can stop Skull Guardian from being targeted that turn. Of course, I also have Skull Guardian's ritual spell, Novox's Prayer. Then, there's an assortment of other cards; Monster Reborn, Heavy Storm, and Foolish Burial (that can dump BSG into the grave). There's also Preparations for the Ritual, which retreives milled Prayers and fetches Skull Guardian all in one.

For traps, I've got negations with Solemn and Divine Wrath, and also Ritual Buster. It's a phenomenal lockdown card for a turn, so I'll be able to attack with my Guardian and not fear Mirror Force. Speaking of which, that made it's way into the deck too.
