Certain cloudian monsters have effects that can remove monsters, spell, and trap cards from the field by removing Fog Counters from them. One example is Cloudian - Cirrostratus. When it comes to using these effects am I allowed to use them during my turn only or can I do so on my opponent(s) turn as well?Gwalchavad 08:31, September 26, 2009 (UTC)
only in your main phase. It's an ignition effect an those can only be activated during main phases (unless stated otherwise on the cards text)
