Virus Control Deck
Virus Control is a Deck not usually seen outside Japan, for the pure reason that although both of the key cards needed have been released in English, one of them ("Crush Card Virus") is exceptionally rare in the TCG.
A Virus Control Deck focuses around these 2 Trap Cards:
Crush Card Virus needs a Dark monster with 1000 ATK or less, while Deck Devastation Virus needs a Dark monster with 2000 ATK or more. Suitable cards include:
Dark 1000 ATK or Below
Dark 2000 ATK or Above
Cards that lower/raise ATK will also make it able to be used, if the ATK requirements are not met. For example, Vorse Raider has 1900 ATK points. Equipped with Black Pendant, it can be used with Deck Devastation Virus, and if it has Shrink used on it, it can be used with Crush Card Virus.
With the recent release of Curse of Darkness Structure Deck in Japan, this decktype could potentially become more powerful with the introduction of "Eradicator Epidemic Virus" (released outside of Japan as a Secret Rare in Force of the Breaker).
