Fusion (archetype)

Polymerization, or Fusion in Japanese, includes a set of cards that are used to summon Fusion Monsters with help of Fusion Material Monsters.

Keep in mind that not all cards that can Fusion Summon include "Fusion" or "Polymerization" in their names, and not all "Fusion" cards can Fusion Summon. Many of the cards released in the OCG/TCG now have a special support card, "Synchro Fusionist", which, if it is used in a Synchro Summon, can search out any card from your Deck if "Fusion" (except for "Diffusion Wave-Motion") or "Polymerization" is in its name.
