World Duel Carnival is the second arc of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime, encompassing the premleinary rounds of the World Duel Carnival tournament.
This arc only appears in the anime, but not in manga. It is a Duel Monsters tournament hosted by Mr. Heartland and Dr. Faker, meant to gather all Number Holders in one place, as they need all hundred Numbers for their plans.
