- In the non-canon duel World Championship 2013 Special: Mai vs. Yugi, Mai summons this monster against Yugi on her first turn, activating its effect by discarding "Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon" to summon "Harpie's Pet Dragon" from her deck. It is destroyed the next turn by Yugi's "Dark Magician". Mai summons a second copy, causing "Harpies' Hunting Ground" to destroy Yugi's set "Zero Gravity". "Zero Gravity" is chained, switching "Harpie Channeler" to Defense Mode. Mai would then search a third "Harpie Channeler" with "Hysteric Sign". The "Harpie Channeler" on the field is destroyed by the effect of Yugi's "Obelisk the Tormentor".
