- If you don't control "Number 31: Abel's Doom", or this card has no Xyz Material, use "Number Wall" to protect this card from being destroyed by battle and card effects.
- You can Special Summon both "Number 31: Abel's Doom" and "Number 13: Cain's Doom" if you have a Level 1 monster in the Graveyard and "Acorno", "Pinecono" and "Kinka-Byo" in your hand. Use "Acorno's" effect to Summon it and "Pinecono". Then, Normal Summon "Kinka-Byo" to resurrect the Level 1 monster already in the Graveyard, then Xyz Summon both "Numbers".
- One can perform a cleaner version of this Summon by Xyz Summoning either "Cain" or "Abel" with the "Acorno"/"Pinecono" combo, then use its effect to send one of its Materials to the Graveyard, Summon that monster with "Kinka-Byo". While you lose one Xyz material that could have been used for an effect activation, you gain two indestructible monsters on the first turn, with only three cards used.
- You can use an "An Unfortunate Report" with the effect of "Number 31: Abel's Doom" or "Number 13: Cain's Doom" to double the damage your enemy takes in a single turn.
- You can use "Xyz Override" to avoid detaching Materials from "Number 31: Abel's Doom" or "Number 13: Cain's Doom" and use their effects¨as many times as you want.
- You can use "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" to Special Summon 2 Level 1 monsters, then Xyz Summon either "Cain" or "Abel".
- You can use the self-Tributing effect of "Evil Thorn" to Special Summon 2 more from the Deck and then Xyz Summon either "Cain" or "Abel," dealing 300 damage to the opponent as a bonus.
- Its a good idea to have cards such as "Xyz Reflect" to evade non-destructive removal effects like that of "Chaos Sorcerer" or "Scrap Twin Dragon".
- "Where Arf Thou" its very useful to search key monsters cards on your strategy like "Kinka-Byo"
