You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this effect, except "Infernoid" monsters. You can only use this effect of "Frozen Void" once per turn. When an "Infernoid" monster you control battles an opponent's monster, after damage calculation: You can send this face-up card from the field to the Graveyard; banish both battling monsters.
